The short version: ProteinThrive is a recipe and meal-planning tool. Nutrition numbers are estimates and this isn't medical advice. Paid plans are currently in Stripe test mode, so no real money is charged.
Using ProteinThrive
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. You may use ProteinThrive for your own personal, non-commercial meal planning.
Nutrition information is an estimate
Protein, calories and other values are per-serving estimates based on typical values for the listed ingredients (for example from USDA FoodData Central). Actual values vary by brand, portion size and preparation. Check product labels when accuracy matters to you.
Not medical advice
ProteinThrive doesn't provide medical, dietary or health advice. The content is for general information only. Talk to a doctor or registered dietitian before you change your diet, especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, take medication or have food allergies. Always check ingredients for allergens.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans currently run in Stripe test mode. Checkout accepts only Stripe test cards (such as 4242 4242 4242 4242) and no real money is charged. A test subscription unlocks the plan on your account for testing and may be reset at any time.
- You need a free account (email) to subscribe, so your plan is linked to you. Keep your login details private; you're responsible for activity on your account.
- Prices, billing frequency and what's included are shown before you subscribe.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel.
- You can change or cancel at any time from Account → Manage subscription. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
- Payments are processed by Stripe.
- Details on refunds will be added to these terms before real billing starts.
Links to other sites
ProteinThrive links to stores and brands we don't control, and some links are affiliate links (see our Affiliate Disclosure). Purchases you make on those sites are between you and that seller, under their terms. Prices, stock, coupons and offers can change at any time.
Content
The recipes, text, design and images on ProteinThrive belong to ProteinThrive or its licensors. Please don't copy or republish them in bulk without permission.
No warranty
ProteinThrive is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, ProteinThrive isn't liable for any loss that comes from using the site or relying on its content.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the effective date at the top of this page.
