Affiliate Disclosure
Effective date: October 30, 2026
The short version: some links on ProteinThrive are affiliate links. If you click one and buy something, ProteinThrive may earn a commission. You pay no extra cost.
Which links
ProteinThrive links to stores and brands where you can buy recipe ingredients and grab-and-go protein foods. We take part in, or have applied to, affiliate and referral programs with partners including:
- Instacart (grocery delivery for your shopping list)
- iHerb
- Chomps
- Transparent Labs
- MyProtein
- Amazon
- Other grocery, supplement, coupon and cash-back services shown on the Grab & Go and Deals tabs (for example Ibotta and Fetch referral links)
Partners can change. Links become affiliate links only after a program approves ProteinThrive. Until then they go to the plain store or product page.
Amazon Associates
As an Amazon Associate, ProteinThrive earns from qualifying purchases.
How this affects what we show
- Commissions help pay for the site and keep the Free plan free.
- Recipes and products are chosen for protein content and usefulness, not by how much a partner pays. A commission never changes the nutrition estimates we show.
- We don't list prices because they change often. Always check the price on the store's site before you buy.
- Coupon and promo codes are shown only when a partner has provided them. We don't make codes up.
Cookies from partners
When you click an affiliate link, the partner may set a cookie in your browser so the sale can be credited to ProteinThrive. See our Privacy Policy for details.
